Patho score (how to count it)

prelim score*factor+prelim practical score = ture prelim score
this time factor is 0.96
eq. if your prelim score is 60 and your prelim practical score is 15
60*0.96+15 = 72.6 (ture prelim score)

prelim 20% + midterm 20% + final 35% = 75%
plating 15% + lab performance(inculd manual) 10% = 25%
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total 100%

For Microbio: PRELIM PRACTICAL will he held on Saturday 8/19. Please be on time, the practical will begin promptly at 1:30pm in room 701. There will be 10 stations, 2 questions per station which totals 20 questions. Take note they can ask any type of question (identify, side question, multiple choice ect...) from lab, manual or lecture. Prelim will be on Saturday 8/26 at 1:30pm Prelim breakdown is as follows:

CMI / MHC _______________________________ 120

Total Questions We will not have a plating on CMI / MHC, it will included in the prelim. *** However, the amount that you get right on the prelim for that specific topic, will be counted as your CMI / MHC plating grade. Example: In the prelim, you get 12 out of the 15 questions in the prelim regarding CMI / MHC then you will get a 80% for the CMI / MHC plating. If this is not clear, do not hestitate to ask me : )

Answer Key for: Intro to Immunology
1) B 2) B 3) B 4) C5) B 6) A 7) B 8) B 9) D 10) C **** This is a correction. If you have C for number 10, please return your plating to me AFTER the prelim on Saturday 8/26, so we can get it corrected. ANTIBIOTICS plating was not returned yet (as of Fri 8/19 afternoon) because it has not be recorded by the department.
